Infants & Children

For the smallest bodies, and every age after

From the first weeks of life through the teen years, this work meets children where they are — on your lap, on the table, or somewhere in between.

Who I see

Every stage looks different

Babies, toddlers, big kids and teens all respond in their own way. Sessions are adjusted for age, mood and where your child is that day.

01

Newborns & babies

The first weeks and months, when feeding, sleep and comfort are everything.

02

Toddlers & preschoolers

Big feelings, busy bodies, tumbles, and the wiggles that come with growing fast.

03

Big kids

School, sports and growth spurts — with the same gentle, unhurried approach.

04

Teens

Stress, posture, recovery and full schedules, in a space that feels calm and grown-up.

How it may help

The reasons families reach out

Craniosacral therapy is gentle and complementary. These are the concerns parents most often bring through the door.

Feeding & nursing

Latch trouble, tongue-tie recovery, and feeds that have become hard work for both of you.

Reflux, colic & digestion

Spit-up, gas, straining, and the evenings that never quite seem to settle.

Fussiness & hard days

When nothing seems to help, and you can feel the tension held in their little body.

Sleep

Waking often, short naps, and the long days that follow a restless night.

Head shape & neck tightness

Flat spots, a favourite side, or a head that prefers to turn one way.

Milestones & movement

Rolling, sitting, crawling and first steps — and the tension that can slow them down.

Birth recovery

Long labours, fast arrivals, vacuum, forceps and cesarean births each leave their own patterns.

Growing bodies

School days, sports and busy schedules, and the tension children carry in their bodies.

Because every child is different, I can't promise a particular outcome. What I can promise is an unhurried, careful look at what your child's body is telling us — and an honest conversation about whether this work is likely to help.

After your session

What the next few days can look like

The work often keeps going after you leave. Knowing that ahead of time makes the days that follow much easier to read.

The first three days

The "grace period"

Your child's body is integrating the work. Some families see deep sleep and a softer, easier baby. Others see a day or two of big feelings or extra fussiness. Both are normal — this is the emotional pass I ask you to simply hold space for.

Day three onward

Things often settle

As the passes work through, families usually notice the change they were hoping for — calmer feeds, easier nights, a body that moves more freely.

Two weeks after vaccines

One thing at a time

Routine vaccines ask a lot of a little body. I ask that you wait at least two weeks afterwards before booking, so your child has room to process one thing at a time — and so we can tell what is actually helping.

Before you come

A few simple things to know

No preparation is required. These small things just tend to make the visit easier on everyone.

  • Dress your child in something soft and easy to move in.
  • Bring a favourite blanket or toy — whatever helps them feel at home.
  • If your baby takes a bottle, bring one along; feeding mid-session is always welcome.
  • Bring any questions you've been carrying. They're part of the appointment.

You’re welcome to stay with your child the entire time—most little ones settle best in a parent’s arms.
