I've been certified and continue to deepen my training in craniosacral therapy for nearly ten years. My practice is devoted to babies, children and the families who love them.
Why I love this work
It’s an honor to watch a body soften
I’ve been certified and continue to deepen my training in craniosacral therapy for nearly 10 years. It’s truly an honor to support babies in finding comfort, balance and ease in their little bodies.
One of the most rewarding parts of this work is hearing the incredible feedback parents share with me:

These moments never get old. Every child is different, but it is incredibly rewarding to watch their bodies soften, settle and become more comfortable — and to see the relief that can bring to the whole family.

How I work
What you can expect from me
Unhurried
Appointments are spaced so no one is waiting on us. If your baby needs to feed or be held for ten minutes, that's part of the session.
Honest
If I don't think this work is likely to help your child, I'll tell you. I'd rather point you in the right direction than take your booking.
Whole family
When a baby settles, the whole household feels it. Parents are welcome to stay, ask questions and be part of every session.
Training & certification
Trained, certified, and still learning
I’ve maintained craniosacral therapy certification for nearly a decade and continue to deepen my training every year, with a particular focus on newborns, infants and children. Continuing education is part of the job — little bodies change what they need as they grow.
