Gentle care for your little one’s comfort and ease

Light-touch craniosacral therapy for infants and children of all ages — supporting feeding, sleep, digestion and comfort, so your whole family can breathe a little easier.

  • Certified & deepening training for nearly 10 years
  • Newborns through teens

A gentle place to start

Something feels off — and you’re not imagining it

Maybe feeding has become a battle, or your baby arches and cries in the evening no matter what you try. Maybe sleep never quite settled, or you keep noticing the same tightness in their neck and shoulders.

You’ve already tried the things you were told to try. Craniosacral therapy offers another way in: a slow, quiet, hands-on approach that works with the nervous system rather than against it. Babies don’t need to be still or “good” for it to work.

I’ll listen to your story first, then work gently with what your child’s body is telling us. No pressure, no rushing, and no promises I can’t keep.

How it may help

The reasons families reach out

Craniosacral therapy is gentle and complementary. These are the concerns parents most often bring through the door.

Feeding & nursing

Latch trouble, tongue-tie recovery, and feeds that have become hard work for both of you.

Reflux, colic & digestion

Spit-up, gas, straining, and the evenings that never quite seem to settle.

Fussiness & hard days

When nothing seems to help, and you can feel the tension held in their little body.

Sleep

Waking often, short naps, and the long days that follow a restless night.

Head shape & neck tightness

Flat spots, a favourite side, or a head that prefers to turn one way.

Milestones & movement

Rolling, sitting, crawling and first steps — and the tension that can slow them down.

Birth recovery

Long labours, fast arrivals, vacuum, forceps and cesarean births each leave their own patterns.

Growing bodies

School days, sports and busy schedules, and the tension children carry in their bodies.

Because every child is different, I can't promise a particular outcome. What I can promise is an unhurried, careful look at what your child's body is telling us — and an honest conversation about whether this work is likely to help.

Who I work with

My practice is focused on infants and children — from the very first weeks through the teen years.

Big feelings, busy bodies, tumbles, and the wiggles that come with growing fast.

About Erin

Nearly ten years of honoring these little bodies

I’ve been certified and continue to deepen my training in Craniosacral Therapy for nearly 10 years. It’s truly an honor to support babies in finding comfort, balance and ease in their little bodies.

One of the most rewarding parts of this work is hearing the feedback parents share with me — nursing that finally clicks, a baby who sleeps through the night, a head that turns both ways at last.

Those moments never get old. And if you’re simply curious whether this might support your child, I am always happy to connect and chat.
